As you probably know, I think this is just about the smallest projection pan you can get. Coupled with a RAK Obelisk, it was the smallest option we had because of a solid wall behind down in our cellar. All looked at the cat's whiskers though. The pan is very well finished, as you expect with a Roper Rhodes, but as in other reviews, the expensive seat looks good but doesn’t feel too sturdy. Time will tell on that as it hasn’t really had any use yet. Looks good and no moans from the plumber so that has to be an endorsement. He moans a lot ??????.
The toilet is as short projection as described and works well in our small space, but we paid an extra £58 for the soft close seat, and it does not work at all. The chrome hinges are too short, so the top cover of the seat keeps slipping out! It has been a problem from the beginning, but we passed the return period by the time we finished remodelling the bathroom and found out.
Hi, I ordered the toilet seat from yourselves. The soft close hinge is worn & my plumber said this should NOT have happened in such a short space of time. As it was a very expensive item could you please replace it. Please help as it is spoiling an otherwise very good toilet. Kath Gordon
Robust and excellent little pan for small areas but still comfortable to sit on slow close still working after a year and more only disadvantage no access to seat bolts when plumbed in so need to make sure secure but seat can be removed of seat bolt pins
Not many actual short projection toilets around so pleased to find this one which is of excellent quality. Although it is expensive for a toilet/lid QS was the cheapest online. Highly recommend this item and QS Supplies.
Flushes well, very compact, ideal for small spaces or for leaving more space in your room. Not great for sitting on for hours as the seat is quite narrow. Looks good.
Great service and a great product for when space is tight. Allowed us to totally update a tired bathroom to a modern shower area with a large shower footplate.
Great quality. One of the shallowest toilets I could find. Nice and tall too. Pleased with it. Shame the matching seat is so expensive...
The pan itself is a great space saver and good quality. The seat, however not great - hinges went rusty after a couple of months.
We have a small en-suite. This toilet is perfect for it, and it looks modern

Mads Asked :My absolute limit projection into the room is 550 mm. Is it possible to place the cistern on the side of the toilet instead of behind it, so the projection will be only 450 mm (and not 590 mm with, for instance, the 140 mm TR9001 cistern)?
Unfortunately, carrying this type of installation is impossible due to the rigid flush pipe supplied.
James Asked :Can you let me know the internal dimensions (width & height) at the base of both the 450 and 500mm projection Roper Rhodes Zest toilet. i.e you have given the external dimension as 230 or 240mm respectively but i would like to know how big internal the gap is. (My soil pipe is in the floor and want to check if the Zest pan will sit over the hole!)

SHEILA Asked :Is it possible to change the flush push buttons - for example, to another flush plate of a different colour?
We only have a selection of flush plates and buttons that all some in a chrome finish. They are all compatible with the Torrent or Vortex Cisterns as they work on an air pressure system to activate the flush valve. You can also consider touchless sensor from Roper Rhodes which is also suitable for in furniture installations – however, these are not compatible with slim depth furniture. If you have a specific flush plate in mind we can send you some installation guidelines prior to purchase so you are sure.
MRS Asked :Zest toilet-What material is this made from? If not china/porcelain do you have an alternative with the same projection measurements. Thanks
The Zest sanitary-ware is ceramic.
Thomas Asked :Does this roper Rhodes Toilet come Supplied with floor fixing set
It is supplied with concealed fixing for anchoring to the floor.
Bittan Asked :Hi I Have recently moved and initially looking at replacing the sink and toilet in the cloakroom. House built in 1968 and original still in there. It has a vertical waste (into the floor) - I would like to fit a back to wall toilet - can you advise whether this will be ok and whether there are any issues I need to consider, please. Many thanks, Bittan
Unfortunately we would be unable to advise on this, it would be best to ask your fitter. We have updated the technical drawing which should give you all the information you need on the pan. The depth of the furniture, etc, will also need to be considered. You can find the technical drawing here: https://assets-large.qssupplies.co.uk/L-2017-10-9--14-39-51-145.jpg
roger Asked :What is the distance from the pan outlet to the wall? Regards, Roger
