Overall I am very pleased with my purchase. However, at one point during fitting I could have thrown it out the window. Initially I fitted it using all new fittings, and it leaked. I thought it had to be a loose fitting so covered the joint with silicone having made sure that it was totally dry. I let it dry for 24 hours, filled the cistern with water, flushed the toilet' and it leaked. Bearing in mind this is a back to the wall WC it is impossible to see anything. I then went back to the merchants and bought another fitting, took the old one off, cleaned everything and re-installed and, it leaked! I then took the whole lot out again and gave it another inspection. I noticed a small area with cream silicone just below where the water goes in from the cistern and above where the soil water goes out. It is obviously a casting hole made during manufacture and it had not been sealed properly although you could not actually see there was a hole. having put copious amounts of silicone on problem area and left it for 24 hours, re-installed everything and guess what, it didn't leak. It cost approx. £19 for a new fitting which was not really needed and at least 5 hours of my time sorting it out. Overall, I like the look and, apart from the hassle, am now pleased. I do think that Vitra need to up their quality control
The back to walk toilet is very stylish and highly functional. A very Good purchase for the price.
