I found this product as good quality as the original and despite reading some reviews where the customer was not at all happy with the service from QS supplies, I had no problem at all, found the ordering efficient and the delivery turned up a day earlier than expected. Perhaps ordering a whole bathroom suite is more prone to delays and delivery difficulties due to the number and size of the items, but for smaller consignments, I have not experienced a problem.
