Hi, I got the item, but the issue is the water from the bath and from the hose is getting into the hole and dripping inside under the bath. There is no membrane or anything to stop the water from getting into the hole while using the shower head. Can you please help?

You are correct; there is no membrane, or similar, to prevent water ingress when the handset is out of the mount. If the handset is used over the mount, or the hose is angled in use so that water splashing onto it can run down the length of the hose, then there will be the potential of some water ingress as well. We recommend ensuring you “shake off” the hose before placing the handset in the mount.
