I have a Crosswater Revive FH 2000C shower head in my bathroom. What is the best way to clean it as I think there is a build-up inside the head? It is not limescale as I live in the Westcountry more of a black deposit.

What is the flow rate of this Crosswater shower head at 2 and 3 bar respectively, for both waterfall and rain effects? Can I use either a Hansgrohe 3 way diverter/thermostat or a flova 3-way diverter thermostat with this head?
