Are these taps full or 1/4 turn? If they are 1/4 turn, do they both turn on in the same direction, i.e., anti-clockwise?

The Heritage Dawlish are quarter-turn taps. They both turn inward towards each other to turn on.

I currently have a set of basin and bath Dorchester Heritage taps. The basin short-nosed taps have badly corroded chrome, and I would like to replace the upper part ( I realise I will probably have to purchase the whole tap). I have purchased a new set previously, but the stem was too large and insufficient splines. The taps I have, have a stem that is approx. 9mm and with 20 internal splines. Could you advise on which tap I should purchase? Thank you, Graham Howkins.
