An overflow is a small hole or opening at the upper part of a sink, basin, bidet or tub that drains away water upon reaching its level so that no water is spilt. When a basin or bath does not come with this design feature, it is called 'without-overflow' and will need a compatible drain.

Can you tell me if tap holes can be drilled into this bath? I have ordered the Somersby 5 taphole shower mixer, and this will be needed to be fixed to the bath.
