When you install this Twin Concealed Shower Valve, you are buying a style statement along with the peace of mind. Made from solid brass and finished in chrome, this valve is brought by the Quest range from the house of Nuie Bathroom, a company that proudly wears “Made in Britain” tag. The valve features a cartridge that resists calcium buildup. It is suitable for all plumbing systems and is ideal for unvented mains pressure systems. This valve can either be fitted portrait or landscape style.

1-Outlet

One outlet in a shower system means that hot and cold water flows from a single opening.

2-Outlet

The dual outlet Valve comes with a connection for two outlets, so you can use two different fixtures one at a time, such as using the showerhead and shower handset. These Dual outlet shower valves come in various styles and can be used with varying shower fittings. Some come with diverters for switching between the two outlets.

Suitable For Gravity Fed System

Usually found in old properties, Gravity-Fed Systems are known for their low water pressure.

Unvented System

The unvented water systems usually have a separate hot water cylinder, which is pre-heated via a combi boiler or other heating sources to store a quantity of hot water at mains pressure.

Combi-Boiler System

The showerhead or shower system is suitable for use with a Combi-Boiler System. This system heats cold water on demand, relying solely on mains pressure to move water around your home. These are suitable for mixer showers, as they provide hot water instantaneously and at the highest pressure.

Diverter

A diverter, specifically in bath-shower combos, redirects the water flow from the bathtub spout to the showerhead. You can activate it using the nozzle in the bath shower mixer tap.

Is the thermostatic cartridge in this unit able to be taken out and reinstalled upside down if the hot and cold feeds have been reversed?
