Can the fan be used in zone 1?

We do not recommend this to be used in zone 1. However, the HIB 34800 Selv Fan can be used in zone 1.

Hi, Am looking at QS-V22860 extractor fan and would like to know how it needs to get installed? I read the tech sheet, but want to make sure it can be fitted with a normal power supply and doesn't need anything extra to fit it. Am I right to say it can be fitted above the shower screen, which would take the steam and smell from the toilet next to it, against an outside wall? What power supply does my electrician need to install? Many thanks, Jutta

This fan requires 240v supply suggested to be on your lighting circuit. This is suitable for Zone 1. Please reference the zonal picture from the installation instructions provided in the above technical tab.
