I installed two of these several years ago, which replaced similar coloured ones. Economy was an important factor as was the option to have no tap holes. I continue to be pleased with the result. The sides slope more than the old ones which mean it is a tighter fit for a large person, but over the lifetime of the bath must save quite a bit of water and heating energy. In terms of the dimensions of the item I suggest you check the size of the waste hole flange as some fittings could be a little too big for them to sit tightly in the recess with out an unduly thick washer. It goes without saying you need to check for defects when delivered, and is hard to do properly in haste. They are delivered in adequate protective packaging. The inner surface should have received adequate paint on every square inch with no spray effect visible. The surface must be free of chips and scratches to the glaze. You need to get up really close to check!
Great Steel Bath Tub - we liked it very much. We asked for the anti-slip option too - however, the picture on the website for the anti-slip is a bit misleading, as, on the website, it shows that you would get anti-slip for the entire tub - but in reality, only one-third of the bathtub has anti-slip (near the plug)... I would have preferred to have the bottom of the entire bathtub made anti-slip. The anti-slip itself is good; it's not "rough" at all, so it's absolutely fine too when you have a bath (especially that most likely only your heels touching it as it is only on the lower third of the tub).
I bought this bath on pictures rather than touch, and when it arrived, I was worried it would not be suitable. My builder convinced me to install it, and I am glad he did, as once it was in place, it looked far better than standing on its downstairs. It's a solid bath and has anti-slip. My only gripe is that I could not get anti-slip across the whole bottom of the bath. All in all, it was a great price and does not look out of place in quite a modern bathroom
Thank you for quick service. Only thing was that I received no phone call or email that bath tub was being delivered. Luckily we were at home.
Wished there was a bath longer than 1700mm but it certainly feels solid and of good make.
Really pleased with this purchase, it's exactly as described and does the job perfectly.
Best German bath on the market if it’s the Quality you’re after, then look no further.
So pleased with the first bath I bought, I ordered the same for the second bathroom
Great quality for the price. Have fitted many of these and I am never disappointed.
Excellent price. Delivery good No problems.
