It features thermostatic valve technology, which controls temperature to such a precise degree that users will find each shower or bath just right. Hi! What is the difference between Ultra AM301E and Ultra Beaumont Twin Exposed Thermostatic Valve - A3056, please? Not sure which is better or more suitable.

It is just the design of the shower. The A3056 has an on/off control and thermostat control. The AM301E dual shower has the on/off and thermostat on one cartridge.

We have an AM301E thermostatic valve. Only cold water is coming through, and our plumber suspects the cartridge may be the problem. As the valve is only 2 years old and under warranty, what should we do?
