I have two of these. One showerhead broke within 3 months of installation (the trigger you press to make water flow is made of plastic and just snapped off), and the other one leaks. The valve and the hose work and look well enough, and otherwise, the whole thing does a good job - while it works. So 2 stars rather than none.

I bought this as I didn't have enough room to mount the thermostatic value and hand shower separately. However sometimes the hand shower can accidentally change the valve setting as they are too close when placing the hand shower back on the cradle. So on the next use, the valve pressure setting has to be adjusted again.

QS Offers competitive prices and good range of quality products with prompt delivery Do remember though to check goods on delivery as I think the return period is quite short. My recent purchase was a Crosswater Kai douche the second one I've bought as my bathrooms are too small for bidets - these work really well
