1) Does the ring move/swivel in the protrusion, back/forward or even circular rotation? 2) The 344 version says stick-on, but the back plate shows holes in it, so can the 344 natively be screwed to the tiling?

The RS344 moves backwards and forwards. This product can be either glued or screwed into position.
