We recently had a bathroom refit and purchased some items from QS. The items are as described and just what we were looking for, with a slimline look and easy clean nozzles. We are in the London area, so it marks pretty easily with the hard water, and I think some of the nozzle jets get a bit blocked if you don't give them a wipe; however that will happen with any product like this in a hard water area. The water pressure at our house is approximately 1-1.5 bar and works OK for us.
