I live in a hard water area and I am constantly polishing away the stain from the plug as the water tends to sit on the edge. I also had to buy a hair trap as there was nothing in the plug to catch long hairs. Otherwise the item looks good and works fine.
Very happy with the Clearwater bath waste. Excellent quality and very good value for money. Delivery was also very prompt.
Does what it supposed to do. My plumber fitted it so don't know if it was easy or not. Looks good
Long Enough for Doubled ended bath, looks well made, sol waiting to fit.

Tanya Asked :We have this installed in our bathroom but are having problems with it, and the installer is not contacting us back. Can you please email the installation instructions so that we can see how it should be installed and working?
Please refer to the attached installation instruction PDF File as requested.
Paul Asked :I need to cut down the metal waste pipe as it is way too long for Verde's double-ended 1800 x 800 bath. To ensure that the waste pipe then screws properly to form a perfect seal, please advise the best tool to cut this down to the correct length.
This can be done with a fine-toothed hacksaw.
Martin Asked :Are the 2 seals on the click-clack waste meant to be the same? Mine is. The upper seal that fits inside the bath on the chrome waste is far too thick to allow a flush fit. The waste sits proudly in the bath, trapping water. Also, the waste needed about 12mm cut off; is this normal?
The washer inside the bath is often made from a different material, with more foam construction that compresses it. Was your rubber? Cutting the waste down is normal; this waste fits a large number of our products, including Clearwater stone baths which are very thick.
Steven Asked :Hi, the clearwater click waste cw8, does the waste push in flush or stand proud when pushed in to fill the bath. Your pic seems to show flush, but others on net show a domed top that sticks up whilst filling. Yours also is grey, and others are white but both with the same code.
The waste sits flush when sealed into the housing, and our units are grey in colour.
simon Asked :Is this suitable for a double-ended bath?
The CW8 will be perfect for a double-ended bath.
Sophie Asked :Can the overflow pipe be trimmed down to suit the bath size?
The Clearwater Click Clack waste can be cut down or trimmed to suit. However, we find no need to trim if you keep the waste to its original size.
We will soon verify the details and add your rating appropriately.
