Recently ordered this product, when installing we discovered that they only supply the shower head not the pole attachment to connect to the water supply. Contacted QS and was told they only supply the shower head I would have to source the pole elsewhere.
Excellent product, fast delivery, extremely good product at a competitive price.

Jan Asked :Can you tell me whether this shower head is suitable for a 2-bar power shower and the water flow rate?
The minimum water pressure required is 1 bar. For the flow rates, please refer to the attached image.
Carolyn Asked :Is this an aerated shower head?
Yes, it is an air system showerhead.
Jo Asked :I bought the 250mm round shower head with an air button in the middle (I have no clue what that’s for). When showering, it flew out, and one constant stream took over. How do I secure it, please, as I can’t see anywhere to do so?
The button in the middle is for air infusion to assist in spreading the water around and out of the shower head; this should not move unless the shower head becomes blocked, which forces the water to push out elsewhere. In the first instance, it is recommended that you clear all of the nozzles using a pin and then clear the inside of the head using a mix of 50% vinegar and water and flushing this through.
George Asked :Do you have any circular rain showerheads with a 1-inch interface? I only need the showerhead. Unfortunately, the screw threads came loose with mine, which meant the water was spraying out of the sides.
Looking through our shower heads, the round ones we sell are either 1/2 inch or well over 1 inch, like 4-1/2 inches; I have also checked our sister company Burlington, and their head is over 2 inches.
T Asked :Crosswater central Fh300c+ shower head - can this be taken apart? Is there a screw in the middle of the underside of the head?
The head shouldn’t be taken apart. If this is done, the warranty will, unfortunately, be void. The screw on the underside is for air –intake
TIFFANY Asked :Are the holes lined with rubber inserts?
Thank you for your query, the showerhead does have rubber nozzles on the head.
Mike Asked :Could you tell me the flow rate from the Crosswater Central 250mm Brass Round Shower Head QS-V41822 without any limiter? Water pressure is 3.0 bar. Thanks
The flow rates of this shower head are as follows (0.5bar-8.5lpm / 1.0bar-10.5lpm / 2.0bar-13.6lpm / 3.0bar-15.5lpm).
