Toughened Safety Glass

Toughened glass, tempered or safety glass as it is rightly called, is five times harder than regular glass of the same size and thickness, which makes it so that it won’t break as easily. It also shatters with scattering as it tends to break into tiny, blunt pieces without harming anyone nearby. Known to have greater thermal strength, this durable material with double glazing has almost twice the soundproofing abilities and provides excellent heat insulation.

What is the width of the small return panel, and can the whole screen be fixed from the other end? In my bathroom, the window recess starts within the width of the bath at the shower end, so I need a panel that runs along the end wall for a short distance before turning 90 degrees to run down the edge of the bath as per normal. Please advise.

The width of the return panel is 100mm. The screen is fixed at the wall channel and only hinges in the centre and the flipper piece, but you cannot fit it the other way around; it has to fit as shown in the installation instructions PDF file provided in the Additional Info section of the product.
