The Arm is fixed, but the Head is a chrome-plated pivot head, so yes, this can rotate.

Hi, Please advise whether this shower head would fit an Aqualisa power shower 5-inch rose which is a similar design. We already have the arm, but I have to keep replacing the rose as we live in a hard water area and cleaning the rose eventually removes the chrome down to the base metal. I am already on my third rose, and it is expensive buying Aqualisa. If this does not fit, can you recommend another?

We can confirm that the showerhead has a universal 1/2 inch B.S.P fitting. This will be compatible if your Aqualisa Power shower has a 1/2 inch B.S.P fitting.
