Armitage Shanks Contour 21 Thermostatic Sequential Basin Mixer Tap has been one of the best-selling accessories across the UK for its excellent fabrication. Crafted from the finest chrome-plated brass, its performance is most dependable. Its single long lever facilitates operation. It offers a minimum flow rate of over 4.7 litres per minute at 3.0 bar water pressure. Water-saving design that is just right for modern lifestyles, it is approved by WRAS and TMV 3. Suitable for use with handrinse basins in public areas and the Doc M basin, it functions perfectly in high and low water pressure systems and is also available with copper tails.

Hi, I need to remove the cartridge to change the washers, but I can't get it out. The frame of the tap is higher than the cartridge, so adjustable spanners do not fit. Is there a specific tool that is required? or has the tap been installed incorrectly? Thanks Steven

Refer installation instruction PDF provided in the technical tab, see section 5 of the PDF, which shows how the cartridge is replaced. The cartridge size is 36mm AF, an appropriate spanner is required.
