Hello, to you QS Supplies, interested in the Tavistock Structure close coupled toilet, could you please tell me if the outlet area at the bottom of the inside of the pan is not narrow like some modern pans on the market now? The reason is that we purchased a Rak close-coupled unit on the internet, similar to the Tavistock Structure. The outlet design shape in the bottom of the pan was very narrow for solids, so is it possible you could send me a photograph of the inner pan/outlet, please. All Tavistock toilet pans go through a rigid design and development process to ensure that their performance is by British Standard BS EN 997 criteria. This includes surface wash, solid and liquid waste removal, and specifying standard-based weights and dimensions of the sample used for testing. We have attached a technical data sheet on the Structure range, which should give you all the information you require to see if it will suit your installation. We cannot give any additional measurements but can assure you that all of the Tavistock pans adhere to the relevant British Standards and testing.

I purchased new chrome covers and the inner plastic plugs to fix the toilet seats from moving. They have been tightened over the past two years, but the plastic plugs' tempo turns around. I need to knock them through and push news plugs in, but so far unable to find a stockist.
