The panel is made up of painted MDF.
allan Asked :Does the 800 series panel sit behind the lip of the bath?
We have looked into this and we can confirm the panel site up against the rim of the bath.
Mett Asked :Hello, I am interested in the Roper Rhodes bath panels side and front. White gloss colour. My bath dimensions length and width are not quite the dimensions of your panels. Therefore i was thinking about using the corner post to give me some more flexibility. Please can you send dimensions height and width (so i can tell how far along the bath sides the corner piece goes)? Also i cannot find pictures of this your website. Can you send images please? Also, if the panel was too long by 5mm, should i cut it, and treat the edges with pva / sealant? Would the polymer finish to the wood fracture / splinter as i cut it? Of course i would use sharp, fine tooth jig saw (similar to cutting laminate counter tops). Thanks in advance
The corner post is 50mm by 50mm. yes absolutely you would be able to cut the bath panel down, and as long as it is resealed this would be fine. It wouldn’t splinter, this is often done by fitters for people with odd sized baths; so would be ok to do!
