Toughened Safety Glass

Toughened glass, tempered or safety glass as it is rightly called, is five times harder than regular glass of the same size and thickness, which makes it so that it won’t break as easily. It also shatters with scattering as it tends to break into tiny, blunt pieces without harming anyone nearby. Known to have greater thermal strength, this durable material with double glazing has almost twice the soundproofing abilities and provides excellent heat insulation.

Reversible Design

It is a design which allows the product to be fitted either to the right or left, depending on the dimensions of your space.

Adjustable Wall Profile

These refer to the pieces of material that fit the shower door or panel against a wall and can be adjusted to allow for out-of-true walls for a neat and seamless installation. The ability to adjust the side profile gives a perfect fit and makes the installation process easy. Depending on the manufacturer, the profile can be adjusted between 12 to 30mm.

UKCA Great Britain Mark

Arrived very well packaged. Really good quality and looks lovely now fitted. We were concerned about the strength of the bar but it is really sturdy and doesn't move at all.

Yes, the 300mm panel is fixed; you can cut the top rail to size if you wish. Please refer to the installation guide for more information.

No, we only supply the screen and the rail that the curtain will attach to. In relation to the hooks, these are usually provided with whatever curtain you purchase.

Is there any channel that fits the short bottom edge of the glass panel that I could seal against the top of the bath? Could you please email me fitting instructions or photos/sketches showing the fittings at the short bottom edge of the glass?

We do not have a channel for the bottom of the screen. The glass at the bottom of the MB5 is sealed to the bath edge with silicone. Please download the installation instructions from the Additional Info tab of the product for more information.
