Rigid Furniture - Pre-Assembled

Rigid or pre-assembled furniture is any bathroom unit that is ready to install. With / Without Overflow

An overflow is a small hole or opening at the upper part of a sink, basin, bidet or tub that drains away water upon reaching its level so that no water is spilt. When a basin or bath does not come with this design feature, it is called 'without-overflow' and will need a compatible drain.

Soft-Close Opening

This product features advanced hinges or rollers that allow it to open and close slowly and gently.

Cam & Dowel Method

It is a woodworking process in which a dowel or wooden pin is fit into a pre-carved hole in the opposite pieces of wood to create a strong joint. The resulting piece of furniture has a rigid carcass with a neat finish and removes the need for glue or nails for adhesion.

I had to replace a previous cupboard bought elsewhere; the design of the previous cupboard caused the water to drip down the sides and eventually seep into the cabinet door and panels, which caused the laminate to separate and disfigure. The design of this sink/cupboard is much better because any side drips are more likely to fall on the floor rather than the panels. I have installed it, and I am really happy with it.

I ordered this a few months ago and waited for my extension to be completed. It was installed two weeks ago and is perfect in the corner of my cloakroom. Nuie Mayford Cabinet. Pictures show a tap on the right or left side. Is that an option when buying predrilled, or can I drill whichever side during installation? I need the tap on the left.

The tap hole on this basin is on the right, as per the image, and cannot be swapped.

Tapholes are drilled to British standard size 35mm +/-5mm, so you can use any basin mixer tap of your choice. The tap shown in the image is Nuie Series-2 Single Lever Mono Basin Mixer Tap Chrome - FJ318. Does the Sienna 420mm Floor-standing cabinet and basin have a reversible door? I need the door hinged on the right (as per the photograph), but the dimensioned drawing shows it hinged on the left.
