6 Features Included In This Product Explained

Medium Water Pressure

Medium Water Pressure

Water systems operating at a pressure between 0.5 and 0.9 bar are considered medium pressure. Products usually come labelled if they are suitable for use in medium pressure.

High Water Pressure

High Water Pressure

Water systems operating at 1.0 bar or higher pressure are considered high-pressure systems. Products usually come labelled if they are suitable to use under such pressure.

Flexible Tail Pipes

Flexible Tail Pipes

Flexible Tails, or "Flexi" Tails, are one of the easiest methods to connect the plumbing pipework to the tap fitting. Mixers generally have two tails, one for the hot water supply and the other for the cold. These tailpipes consist of rubber inside a braided metal and come in many sizes.

Ceramic Disc Cartridge

Ceramic Disc Cartridge

It has two ceramic discs, one fixed in place and the other moveable with the tap or valve handle. It is the most common technology used in modern tapware as it offers unmatched advantages such as no leaks and drips and saves on water and money.

Flow Regulator

Flow Regulator

As the name suggests, a flow regulator is a simple device designed to regulate water flow to a predetermined level. The job of a flow regulator is to stop water wastage. For instance, if the regular flow rate through a tap is 20 litres per minute, a flow regulator can reduce the flow rate between 6 to 12 litres per minute to complete the desired chore without feeling low pressure.

WRAS Approved Product

WRAS Approved Product

WRAS Approval means that the particular water fitting or product complies with or meets the requirements specified by the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations or Scottish Byelaws.

This tap is so easy to work with just a light touch. It is easy to clean and looks expensive even though it was excellent value for the money. What really sets It all off is the beautiful limes oak shelf unit also from QS Supplies. It simply looks stunning.

The QS service was great, even to Guernsey (which is a rare thing). QS supplied sink, tap, and waste.

Does the tap have the required additional parts to fit into the wall?

Answered By QS Team Answered by the QS Technical Team

It has a concealed valve, so it should require no extra fittings.

Lee Asked :

Is there any way of having the lever and spout around the other way? So, the spout on the right and the lever on the left?

Answered By QS Team Answered by the QS Technical Team

Unfortunately, the product only comes in the marketing material's orientation—the spout on the left and the lever on the right.

Tasha Asked :

What is the length of the spout? The description is very unclear. I understand there can be either 140 or 220, but this site does not specify which one will be delivered.

Answered By QS Team Answered by the QS Technical Team

You will receive two spout options with the PRO120WNC: one will be 140mm the other will be 220mm.

Helen Asked :

Crosswater MPRO 2 Hole Wall Mounted Basin Mixer Tap Can you use this as a tap to fill a bath, or is it just for a basin?

Answered By QS Team Answered by the QS Technical Team

Due to the spout fittings, this spout can only be used as a basin tap.

christoph Asked :

We bought 3 of this product, and there is a problem which I want your opinion on regarding the flex tails: As this is concealed, can you guarantee the flexi component as we have a mirror in front and removing it in case of failure will be prohibitive? If not, is there a version with copper fixed tails?

Answered By QS Team Answered by the QS Technical Team

The flexi tails hold a 1-year warranty. Unfortunately, we do not supply copper tails for this product. Using hard piping on this product will void the WRAS approval of the product.

Joe Asked :

Is this product suitable for baths too?

Answered By QS Team Answered by the QS Technical Team

Crosswater is not recommending this to be used in the bath – the flow rate from this product is only suitable for a basin. The inlet bores are small.
