I have a Miller - Bond Toilet Roll Holder - 8710C, but for some reason, the arm that the toilet roll goes on won’t stay in the bar. Is there an inside barrel or washer for it to grip too?

There should be a black “o” ring that fits on the threaded part of the toilet roll holder that then screws into the upright part of the wall fixing; if you do not have this “o” ring, contact the manufacturer for further instructions.

Are these toilet roll holders able to be installed with the rod facing either direction, i.e. suitable for right or left-hand installation regarding the toilet?
