Taps look great and operate fine, but they do not turn on and off in the traditional directions. They operate in the direction meant for lever taps, not crosshead taps. I know that some taps can be adjusted and maybe these can, it is just a nuisance. It is a problem that the manufacturer needs to address, I realise that QS is not going to check every tap. The delivery was good.

I bought it to replace a set that didn't look right. Quality is good, like the small number of turns. The only issue I have is that the hot turned the wrong way. Not sure how to fix it; it didn't seem that easy, no instructions. I fitted taps which is easy to do. Not sure visitors will know why.

Nice looking taps - ideal for my small ensuite basin. Easy quarter turn on/off with lever turn handles. Minor quibbles: Taps dribble briefly on turn-off & the lever handles need tightening up every few weeks.
