Customer Service Representative
As a call center representative you need to handle calls and resolve the queries of customers. You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation and work with a team, and offer first class experience to all customers via telephone and email chat communications.
You will ensure that there is a mutual satisfactory conclusion between customers and the company while dealing with their queries and complaints.
Role and Responsibilities
- You need to advise the best product to customer available on the store, based on their requirement (Product knowledge would be given to you by our staff)
- You need to offer the best solutions to customer issues.
- Answer phone calls and reply to emails promptly
Skills Required
- Good command over English - spoken and written
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Confidence to deal with customers even under pressure
Technical Requirements
- Knowledge of word and excel, email and general computer systems
While we expect candidates to have at least 1 years' experience in a similar post, freshers too are encouraged to apply. The candidate would be expected to work in a regular work shift between 9am to 5pm.
